Job description

This is a seasonal position beginning in June and continuing for 10 weeks. Potential summer earnings are $4,800 (less applicable taxes).

The Job Coach supports teens and young adults with special needs in developing independence, social, and vocational skills through camp activities, community outings, and on-site job experiences. Works with small groups of campers (3:1 ratio), helping breakdown tasks, build job readiness skills, and promote successful participation.

Must be 18+ years old, complete First Aid/CPR and required safety training, pass a background check, and be able to stay active outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires strong communication skills, comfort working with children, and the physical ability to supervise and assist campers - including in emergency situations. Experience working with teens and individuals with special needs preferred.
