Supports Senior Counselors in working with teens and young adults with special needs. Junior Counselors support the daily care, supervision, and development of campers while helping lead a variety of camp activities. They also help maintain equipment, monitor facilities, and communicate any concerns to camp management.

A key part of the role is supporting camper well‑being by recognizing personal needs, assisting with daily routines, and modeling positive behavior, sportsmanship, and respect for camp procedures. Junior Counselors actively participate in all assigned programs and contribute to a positive camp community.
