The Toddler Teacher is responsible for implementing the Balanced Learning approach to form connections with children and facilitate their learning. They must maintain a safe, healthy classroom environment and follow clear daily plans to support child development.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience in teaching or childcare.
