The In-Home Behavioral Therapist will coach and model behavioral interventions for caregivers to manage challenging behaviors in children within a home-based setting. This role involves collaborating with the family to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop personalized behavior plans using a trauma-informed approach.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or Social Work. Required qualifications include experience in counseling, FBA, data tracking, intervention implementation, excellent communication skills, and maintaining a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

JRI’s In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on coaching and modeling behavioral interventions for caregivers to manage their child’s challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop personalized behavior plans. Our trauma-informed treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.
The scheduling for this role is flexible and can accommodate your work life balance!
JRI provides the training so that we will support you to collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed, positive behavioral intervention to youth exhibiting challenging behaviors.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
