The clinician will provide individual, group, and family therapy and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescent males in a residential setting. They will manage a caseload to help students develop life skills and achieve psychological and social growth.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology and clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have clinical experience with adolescents.

Centerpoint is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure, clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The program’s ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
