The Parent Coordinator focuses on increasing parent involvement and creating a welcoming school environment through regular meetings, events, and workshops. They are also responsible for coordinating communication, newsletters, and the student recruitment and enrollment process.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an urban school setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong critical thinking and communication skills are required.
