• Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity serving a client in Virginia Beach, VA 23462. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. This opportunity combines both in-home and clinic-based services and is ideal for an RBT seeking afternoon availability, supportive BCBA leadership, and meaningful one-on-one work that makes a difference every day. • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
• Complete documentation accurately and on time Availability Requirements Candidates must have availability for the following schedule:
• Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Clinic-Based) Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations. Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous ABA experience required
• Must be comfortable working in both home and clinic settings
