Competitive pay wage of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for each additional sibling!

Compensation + Benefits: Paid training + professional development All work within 15–20 miles of your home About You: Able to provide 3 references: 2 non-family childcare-related (paid or unpaid) and 1 character reference At least 1 year of childcare experience (special needs experience a plus!) Compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused Minimum age: 18 years old Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain—we’ll reimburse you!) Available for shifts of at least 4 hours (evenings are often requested more than mornings) Comfortable working with children ages 6 months–12+ years Must be able to lift 35 lbs, be active, and react quickly to ensure child safety Working Conditions & Requirements: Active, kid-centered environment including play, activities, and clean-up Some time spent outdoors, weather permitting Involves lifting, bending, squatting, and frequent movement throughout the day Ability to remain calm and effective in emergent situations So, apply today!
