The Learning Experience – Newark is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences where children build strong early academic foundations through hands-on exploration and guided routines.
Support daily preschool classroom activities and routines Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and classroom participation Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children through learning centers, transitions, and group activities Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Follow Delaware licensing and safety requirements
TECE 1 or TECE 2 required Prior preschool or childcare classroom experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and nurturing teaching approach Must meet Delaware childcare licensing requirements
