Brentwood, Tennessee - Brentwood, TN 37027Currey Ingram Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Upper School History Teacher to join our dedicated faculty for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with a strong background in History and a commitment to helping students grow. This full-time position includes teaching high school history, which can include US History, Government and Economics, as well as elective courses. A successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for differentiating instruction, engaging students and fostering a collaborative, student-centered classroom environment. In addition, candidates should be eager to work with colleagues to design and implement evidence-based instructional practices, provide individualized academic and mentoring support, and contribute to the broader school community through advisory, extracurricular involvement, and/or committee work. Currey Ingram Academy is a co-ed, college-preparatory day and boarding school (JK–12 for day; 9–12 for boarding) located in beautiful Brentwood, TN.
