Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for clients with intellectual, developmental, and physical needs. Supervise assistants and volunteers while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance client independence and functionality.
Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Tennessee state license. Preferred candidates have 5 years of clinical experience working with children with developmental disabilities and managerial skills.

The Occupational Therapist develops and provides occupational therapy treatments and supervises treatments to assigned clients by assistants and volunteers in individual or group therapy programs. This position works closely with occupational therapy assistants, interns, direct support professionals, educational specialists, and others to provide the best care to clients; as well as serves as a consultant regarding occupational therapy issues, treatments, techniques, and equipment.
