Training Offered Paid Sick Time Weekly Pay Competitive salary 401(k) Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Evening/After-school shifts Weekends as needed 3-5 hour shifts Job Summary Administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in accordance with the client’s treatment plan and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Responsibilities

Conduct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the home, school, community, or clinical settings, assisting them with skill development, communication, social interaction, and behavior management. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, ensuring fidelity to the plan and maintaining detailed documentation of treatment provided and outcomes. Accurately collect data on client behavior during intervention sessions. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with Agency and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, other Behavior Technicians (BT/RBTs), family caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care to ensure consistency in implementing intervention strategies across environments. Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Active Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) status through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or other similar state registry where required by state or payor requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements. CPR certification.
