Salary

Supervise children aged 6 weeks to 10 years to maintain a safe environment and appropriate staff-to-child ratios. Implement age-appropriate activities and maintain facility cleanliness while communicating with parents and supervisors.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and committed to being a positive role model for youth. Experience with childhood development is preferred, and First Aid/CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Closely supervises all children attending Child Watch in order to maintain a safe environment. Know how many children are in the room at all times and what the staff-to-child ratio is. Perform all duties related to keeping the facility clean and safe as described in the Child Watch Expectations. Implement activities suitable for children. Communicate clearly and regularly with parents, peers, and supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 16 years of age. Dependable, self-motivated and committed to being a positive role model for youth. Experience working with children and an understanding of childhood development is preferred. Ability to occasionally serve as a substitute if needed. Current ARC/YMCA First Aid, CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days of being hired. We can provide this training.
