The Educational Team Associate provides administrative support to team supervisors and the Chief Operating Officer. Key duties include maintaining student records, processing documentation, and coordinating schedules and correspondence for student programs.
Candidates must be high school graduates with experience in general office procedures and administrative functions. At least one year of experience in human service programs is preferred.

The Educational Team Associate reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and supports the team supervisors.
Copies and collates Individual Education Plans, reviews meetings, student assessments, quarterly progress reports, and other periodic and special documentation related to student programs Maintains records, processes documents, completes related purchase orders, and follows up on orders purchased Sends correspondence related to individual student programs, meetings, and general program management Assists in the scheduling of meetings and sends mailings to necessary parties on schedule Maintains student permanent records in accordance with current policies
High school graduate with experience in administrative functions and general office procedures At least one year of experience preferred in human service programs
