What We Offer
Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education
High
School or
Associate’s
Degree: $17.05 – $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire).
Master’s
Degree: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Eligibility to participate in the Shared Success Bonus Plan, with quarterly bonuses being paid after you obtain your RBT certification.
