Create and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans Foster a positive, nurturing classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn Guide children through important developmental milestones Communicate with families and build strong relationships Lead your classroom with confidence while supporting assistant teachers Bring our Balanced Learning® curriculum to life each day Maintain a clean, organized, and structured environment What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of preschool or early childhood experience Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with young children Someone who brings energy, positivity, and consistency to their classroom Rate of pay is dependable of education and experience Why Primrose South Meridian?
