Primrose School of South Meridian is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Pathways Teacher to join our team. This position works with children ages 2.5 to 3 years old and plays a key role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8

  • AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily classroom activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. You will lead your classroom with professionalism and consistency while maintaining a safe, clean, and positive learning environment aligned with Primrose standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that fosters curiosity and independence Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members Observe and assess children’s development and communicate progress with families Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to all health and safety regulations Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers in the classroom Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and Primrose policies

Qualifications
