  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting
  • Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children
  • Solid understanding of early childhood development and best practices

  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred
