Evaluate and treat patients with various deficits, designing and implementing appropriate treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and educate patients and families about care and adaptive equipment.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification are also required.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Occupational Therapist temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.
