Assist the teacher with daily activities and implement lesson plans aligned with NYS Common Core Standards in a Special Education classroom. Support student goals as outlined in their IEPs using appropriate teaching and behavioral reinforcement techniques.
Requires Certification Levels I-III and either an Associate degree (or 60 credits), a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree. Candidates must be able to apply teaching techniques to advance school readiness goals.
