The teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing learning environment and implementing engaging, hands-on Spanish lesson plans for preschoolers. They must also document developmental growth and maintain positive communication with parents and staff.
A high school diploma is required, though a 4-year degree is preferred. Candidates must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish with basic English skills.
