A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with middle or upper school students and a strong understanding of digital citizenship.
The Part-Time Middle and Upper School Librarian is responsible for supporting a vibrant library program that serves students in grades 5–12. The librarian collaborates closely with faculty and administrators to ensure that library resources, services, and programming complement, enhance, and extend the school's educational mission.
The librarian fosters a welcoming environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, information literacy, ethical research practices, and a lifelong love of reading and learning.
