Lead Teachers plan and implement learning experiences to advance the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children. They are responsible for fostering a safe, nurturing classroom environment and communicating effectively with parents and administrators.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience, DCF introductory training, and a CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. A Bachelor's Degree and Florida Teaching Certificate are preferred.
Trinity School for Children, a well-established early childhood program in Tampa celebrating 26 years, is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
We provide a premier educational experience for children ages infant through Pre-K and value strong family partnerships, community engagement, and teacher development.
Lead Teachers plan and implement learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. In this role, you will support the development and daily care of young children in an early childh classroom.

7:15am-3:15pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Tuesdays 7:15am-3:45pm for staff meetings, training, and/or team meetings
