The Lead Teacher is responsible for overall classroom management and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment. They implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of professional teaching experience. An associate degree in ECE and one year of experience are preferred.
