A warm and welcoming military and medical family in Belton is seeking an experienced, flexible, and dependable part-time nanny to care primarily for their 19-month-old toddler. The family is also expecting a new baby in October; however, the majority of childcare responsibilities will focus on the toddler.

Schedule: Part-Time

Approximately 25 hours per week 3 days per week Schedule will vary weekly due to the parents schedule

Compensation

$23/hour for childcare duties Additional hours and increased pay available for candidates willing to assist with housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and engaging care for a 19-month-old toddler Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, development, and creativity Maintain the child's daily routine, including meals, naps, and playtime Support a safe, nurturing, and positive environment Assist with child-related tidying and organization Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's day and developmental progress

Qualifications

Previous nanny or professional childcare experience preferred Experience caring for toddlers Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Comfortable working with a military and medical family whose schedule varies from week to week CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must have Tdap, Flu and Covid vaccines
