The Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a dependable Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop early communication skills, independence, and social confidence through structured routines and hands-on classroom experiences.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners during an important stage of early development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 12–24 months Support language development and early social interaction Assist with diapering, meals, and rest-time transitions Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership Follow Virginia licensing and safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma required Prior childcare experience required Experience working with toddlers preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
