Candidates must be preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations. Prior experience in a preschool classroom and strong leadership skills are preferred.

The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they prepare for kindergarten through structured learning experiences that build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations.
Implement daily classroom activities supporting school readiness Guide children through learning centers and group instruction Support early literacy, math readiness, and social development Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment Communicate regularly with families regarding progress Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements
Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations Prior preschool classroom experience preferred Strong classroom leadership and organization skills Collaborative and dependable approach to teaching
