Softball Pitching Instructor

Zoned Sports Academy is seeking an experienced Softball Pitching Instructor to join our coaching staff.

If you have a passion for developing athletes and a strong softball pitching background, we’d love to hear from you. This position involves providing private and small-group instruction to softball players of various ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

Conduct private and small-group pitching lessons

Teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, accuracy, movement, and confidence in the circle.

Develop individualized training plans for athletes

Provide constructive feedback and track player progress

Foster a positive, energetic, and professional training environment

Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff

Previous softball pitching instruction or coaching experience preferred
Collegiate playing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and player development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
