The Inclusion Aide supports students with disabilities in early childhood classrooms by addressing safety and personal care needs. They help maintain developmentally appropriate environments and execute individualized student plans using the Conscious Discipline curriculum.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Development. Experience working with children with disabilities and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

As the Inclusion Aide, you will help to maintain classroom environments that are developmentally appropriate and meet the needs of individual students, assist with executing individualized students plans, and provide Conscious Discipline curriculum support.
