Provide 24-hour supervision and support for youth residents, including performing 15-minute bed checks and assisting with daily routines. Manage client cases, document incidents, and implement behavior and skill programs to ensure a safe environment.
Requires a high school diploma with two years of youth experience, an associate degree, or 30 college credits with one year of experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and pass comprehensive background checks.

Pay Range: $18.67 – $22.35 Hourly based off experience with youth and education. Deferential pay ($1.00 per hour) offered between the hours of: · Friday through Sunday overnights is 8:00pm to 8:00am · Monday through Thursday overnights is 10:00pm to 8:00am.
· Uphold RiseUps mission, values, and policies. · Supervise residents in home and community settings, ensuring safety. · Assist with daily routines, behavior management, and program completion. · Manage client cases, including treatment plans, documentation, and resource coordination. · Maintain professional communication with families, schools, and other stakeholders. · Complete required documentation and handle emergencies per procedures. · Support and mentor staff, perform administrative tasks, and attend trainings. · Administer medications and maintain a clean, safe environment. · Promote trauma-informed care and address vicarious trauma through self-care and supervision. · Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsPhysical and Mental Demands: Requires sufficient range of physical strength, endurance, and mobility to assist in household activities and behavioral interventions. Must be able to lift, push pull to 50 pounds. Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time. Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements. Must be able to successfully completion of the core Safety Care (Crisis Intervention Training) training and maintain certification. Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community placements. Requires adequate range of hearing and vision to properly supervise residents. Requires mental flexibility, emotional stability, personal maturity, and creativity in dealing with difficult situations. Position to Remain open until filled.
