The role provides administrative and professional support to the Human Resources Office, including managing employee files and onboarding/offboarding processes. Additionally, the position coordinates the university's Wellness Program and administers various employee benefit plans.
Candidates must have an associate degree and at least 2 years of experience in an HR office environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software, such as ADP or Oracle Cloud, is required or preferred.
