The teacher is responsible for the care and education of infants and young toddlers within a progressive, team-based environment. Key duties include designing a safe learning environment, implementing an integrated curriculum, and maintaining productive relationships with families.
Candidates should ideally possess an Associate degree or CDA, or be willing to complete an Associate degree during employment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage with children at their level on the floor.
