The BCBA develops and oversees ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and collaborating with parents to support treatment goals.
Requires a Master's degree in a related field, BCBA certification, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
