Or 12:15PM -3:15PM) Easterseals North Georgia is seeking passionate, child-centered Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support the continued growth of our inclusion-focused ABA program. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services within early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5), with additional clinic space utilized as needed to support individualized skill development. The RBT will play a critical role in supporting children, families, and classroom teams through: implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA supporting communication, regulation, independence, play, and social engagement collecting meaningful data to guide treatment decisions collaborating closely with teachers and interdisciplinary team members creating positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to): Provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans across classroom and clinic settings Support communication, regulation, social, adaptive, play, and school-readiness skills Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Complete treatment documentation within required timelines Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members under the guidance of the BCBA Utilize coaching, feedback, and Behavior Skills Training (BST) to strengthen clinical skills Support children during moments of dysregulation using safe and developmentally appropriate strategies Follow
