The Lead Teacher implements developmentally appropriate activities to enhance the growth, development, and social competence of young children in an inclusive environment. They collaborate with specialists to plan education and ensure active parental involvement in the program.
Candidates must hold at least an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and possess a current Georgia PDS Profile. Additional requirements include passing a drug test and background check, and the physical ability to lift children up to age five.
