POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, work in the Melville center to provide support to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to deliver exceptional care at the Melville Center Monday through Friday 12-2pm. This position does have the potential of more hours as we continue to grow the center. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support children and provide direct services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Implement evidence-based teaching strategies (modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching). Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or BTs. Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality implementation of interventions. Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding participant progress Provide recommendations and strategies for supporting social skills development at home and in the community.
