Louis.Job Summary Incarnate Word is seeking caring, dependable, and faith-filled individuals to serve as Nursery Aides in the IW Nursery.
The Nursery provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children of Incarnate Word employees, ages 8 weeks to 5 years.
Nursery Aides are responsible for the daily care, supervision, and enrichment of children while supporting the mission and values of Incarnate Word.Job Responsibilities Provide attentive, compassionate care for infants and young children ages 8 weeks to 5 years.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate enrichment activities, including arts and crafts, reading, music, storytelling, and supervised play.
Encourage positive social, emotional, and developmental growth through nurturing interactions.
Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions between activities.
Monitor children's well-being and respond appropriately to their needs.
Follow all nursery policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, guardians, and fellow staff members.
Support a faith-centered atmosphere that reflects the mission and values of Incarnate Word.

Experience working with infants and young children preferred.
