Provide comprehensive community support services to adults with significant behavioral health disorders to improve their independence and quality of life. Act as a classroom instructor to deliver training in basic living skills, psychosocial education, and therapeutic socialization.
Requires a high school diploma with 3-4 years of experience, or an associate/bachelor degree in a human services field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must have experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or co-occurring disorders and possess a valid driver's license.

This is a combined position for COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER – ADULTS & PSR CLASSROOM INSTRUCTOR.
Under supervision, this position provides Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) for adults with significant behavioral health disorders and their families, to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function independently within the community.
This position works in a variety of settings to provide individual training including the major components of basic living skills development, psychosocial skills training and therapeutic socialization.
