Provide preventive and rehabilitative health care for student-athletes, including injury assessment and treatment. Collaborate with medical staff and coaches to optimize athlete health, performance, and return-to-play decisions.
Requires a degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Science and certification by the National Trainers' Association Board. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the State of Alabama, with experience requirements varying by level.

The individual in this position will provide preventive and rehabilitative health care for student‑athletes.
Degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science (with an emphasis in athletic training), or related which leads to athletic training certification is required for all levels Level I Bachelor’s degree Level II Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in preventing, assessing and treating athletic injuries OR Master's degree Level III Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in preventing, assessing and treating athletic injuries OR Master's degree plus 2 years of experience in preventing, assessing and treating athletic injuries Certification Requirements: Must be certified by the National Trainers' Association Board and eligible to be licensed in the State of Alabama by the Alabama Board of Athletic Training.
