Provide comprehensive healthcare support to students in a school setting, including specialized medical procedures and medication administration. Collaborate with school staff and families to maintain a safe, inclusive environment and manage health office documentation.
Requires a current California LVN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to pass background and TB clearances. Experience in pediatric or school health settings is preferred.

We collaborate with school districts to ensure students have access to the medical care they need to thrive academically and socially. Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support students' healthcare needs in a school setting. The LVN will work closely with school personnel, healthcare providers, and families to ensure the safety and well-being of students requiring medical care during school hours
Follow the instructions of the school administration and as required by law. Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior in the classroom and during school activities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure health and safety policies are understood and followed.
Supervise students during health-related activities and ensure their medical needs are met for field trips. Assist students with physical needs, including the use of wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids. Provide toileting assistance and diapering for students as required.
& Requirements: Current California LVN license in good standing. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred. Experience with special education students or those requiring medical interventions in school settings is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school staff, students, and families. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to document medical care accurately. Must maintain active Professional Liability Insurance Must pass a background check and TB test Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned school sites
