The instructional assistant will lead small group instruction to reinforce classroom learning and assist the lead teacher. They are also responsible for preparing materials and supervising students.
The ideal candidate should be a collaborative, student-focused individual who works well in a team. Experience working in schools or other settings with children is preferred.
St. Thomas Aquinas School is seeking a full-time instructional assistant to support elementary students. This individual will work closely with the lead teacher to lead small group instruction to reinforce classroom instruction, aid in the preparation of materials, and assist with the supervision of students.
