  • Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric team serving the Jacksonville Beaches area.

  • Your Role: Evaluate and treat pediatric patients within your scope of practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Educate families on home programs and strategies to support progress.
  • Complete timely documentation using company-supported technology.
  • Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
  • CPR certification.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility.
  • CPR certification.
