Implement developmentally appropriate activities to foster the growth and development of children in YMCA care. Maintain a clean facility and build positive relationships with parents and children through regular communication.
Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a preferred high school diploma and experience working with children. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
