JumpStart Autism Collective, an industry leader in autism care, is hiring full time and part time Behavior Technicians to work at our Rio Rancho, NM center. What makes this opportunity special is that we'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification by providing coursework, comprehensive training, and covering your exam fees! - What's in it for you?
- Our Behavior Technicians go through an extensive initial training program (making $18.50 - $19.50 per hour) and earn $20.50 - $21.50 per hour once training is complete.

- As for the schedule, full time autism technicians work between the hours of Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
- Our part time autism technicians choose between two block schedules.
- Morning block requires availability between 7:45 am to 1:15 pm each day Monday through Friday.
- Afternoon block requires availability between 11:45 am to 5:15 pm each day Monday through Friday.
- No nights or weekends!

- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A desire to work in the fields of psychology, early childhood education, or behavioral health Experience with kids of all abilities Ability to work independently, receive constructive feedback, and adapt to changing environments Professionalism, dependability, and punctuality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A drive to never stop learning 18+ years old - Required High school diploma or equivalent - Required Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle - Required CPR certification or ability to obtain one - Required Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform quick body movements AVERAGE DAY As a Behavior Technician, you'll lead 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to teach children with autism (ages 1 to 12) life skills.
- You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), following personalized therapy paths to help each client achieve their goals.
