- Behavior Technician - Early Childhood Development Full Time and Part Time | Albuquerque, NM Love working with kids as a nanny, early childhood educator, paraeducator, special education aide, tutor, coach, or camp leader?

- At JumpStart Autism Collective, you will receive paid training that exceeds industry standards, earn your RBT certification, and help children ages one to twelve build language, play, self-help, and social skills.
- We pair ABA with Precision Teaching so you learn to make evidence-based decisions.
- You will be part of a supportive team with Clinical Psychologists, BCBAs, and seasoned RBTs who mentor you, review data with you, and cheer your wins.

- Pay and schedule: Training pay is $18.50 to $19.50 per hour.
- After training, $20.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full time Behavior Technicians work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, guaranteed 30 to 40 hours.
- Part time Behavior Technicians choose a steady block between, mornings 7:45 am to 1:15 pm or afternoons 11:45 am to 5:15 pm, guaranteed 20 to 30 hours.
- No evenings.
- No weekends.

Once out of training, you will provide one-on-one therapy with children diagnosed with autism, follow individualized plans, take accurate data, keep learning spaces safe and organized, collaborate closely with other RBTs and BCBAs, and make learning fun!
