Formation: Model and promote Catholic values, traditions, and morals in all interactions with students and staff. Assist in leading classroom prayers and facilitate the students' attendance at school liturgies or prayer services
Instructional
Support: Implement developmentally appropriate curricula under the guidance of the lead teacher. Work with small groups or individuals to reinforce basic concepts, math, and literacy skills
Classroom
Management: Assist the teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and loving classroom environment. Aid in managing student behavior, establishing daily routines, and ensuring students remain on task
Student
Supervision and
Care: Supervise students during transitions, bathroom breaks, lunch, and recess. Tend to the physical and emotional needs of young children
Clerical
Duties: Prepare materials, make copies, laminate documents, and set up bulletin boards
