- This role supports students’ social development, ensures supervision and safety, and promotes positive behavior while reflecting the school’s Catholic values.
- Job Responsibilities
Supervise students during after-school care in a safe and organized setting Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including games, homework time, and quiet activities Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students Monitor student behavior and address issues in accordance with school policies Assist students with homework and provide academic support when needed Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures and student accountability Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration Maintain cleanliness and organization of the extended care space
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children in a school, daycare, or similar setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to supervise and engage groups of children effectively Dependable, responsible, and flexible Basic organizational and problem-solving skills Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment Willingness to support and uphold Catholic values and school expectations The Archdiocese of St.
