Support resident and fellow onboarding/offboarding and maintain accreditation data using systems like MedHub and Smartsheet. Create instructional materials and track compliance requirements to support GME operational initiatives.
Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Candidates must not be current CU School of Medicine medical or MSTP students.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. · Due to the sensitive nature of the work, currently enrolled CU School of Medicine medical students and MSTP students will not be considered. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
· Experience working in higher education, healthcare, or administrative support environments. · Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneNote, or similar platforms. · Experience supporting projects, data management, or compliance activities.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. · Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. · Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. · Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. · Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and related technology platforms. · Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. · Dependability and professionalism.
