Perform and document diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders. Participate in activities to improve the quality and outcomes of patient care while pursuing continued professional education.
Requires a Master's degree in Pathology, completion of a Clinical Fellowship, and 1-2 years of experience. Candidates must obtain ASHA CCC and state licensure for Kansas and Missouri within 60 days of hire.
In accordance with certification and licensure standards, proficiently performs and documents diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and procedures to evaluate, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders. Continues education, training and instruction to acquire new skills and competencies. Participates in activities to increase the quality, efficiency and outcomes of patient care, with increased leadership and responsibility.
Master's Degree and 1-2 years experience Pathology and completed Clinical Fellowship required. Pediatric experience preferred, but not required. The pay range for this job begins at $34.90/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
