  • Shift: WeekendsWe are seeking a Residential Assistant to work full-time Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm, providing caregiving and supervision to adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
  • Job duties include: Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism Assisting clients with daily living skills Ensuring that clients are participating in planned activities Ready to Apply?No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
  • What we need from you: Valid driver's license required
  • We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) and drug screen. Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willingness to complete required certifications. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
